Shipping

Once a product has been purchased, it will be shipped within one working day.

Deliveries are as follows:

2-4 working days (UK)

We currently do not ship out of the UK, however it is something we will consider in the near future.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. If returning multiple products we advise using tracked shipping, as any lost packages are not our responsibility.

Returns

Our returns policy is within 10 days of receipt of the item. Refunds requested after this time will not be accepted. We require a receipt or proof of purchase from TSR Clothing to process your refund. The product must be returned in the original packaging with the tag attached and in perfect condition or the refund will not be authorised. The returns address will be supplied on confirmation of the return eligibility. If approved, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
